Delivery and returns

Standard delivery times are from 2 to 6 days within Ukraine, and from 10 to 22 business days worldwide, depending on the destination and the courier used.

Return and exchange

If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days after the date of purchase, valid for the European area and 30 days for other areas outside of Europe. In all cases, a refund is made 14 days after receiving the returned product and checking the quality.

Iren Faber will accept the item you wish to return within 14 days for the Eurozone and 30 days for other regions from the date you (or others on your behalf) receive your order in the original packaging.

Please read the following before returning your item:

  1. Iren Faber will not accept products that have had their security label removed.
  2. Iren Faber will not accept items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged.
  3. Returns or exchanges for personalized items will not be accepted.
  4. Iren Faber will only accept returned items in their original packaging, in new, unworn, unused and unaltered condition, with all materials and paperwork. Please provide a copy of your shipping receipt.
  5. We also remind you that all returned items are subject to rigorous quality control by Iren Faber

Failure to comply with these Terms of Sale entitles us to refuse the returned product and ship it back to the buyer at the buyer's expense. If the returned product meets our requirements, we will proceed with the corresponding refund of the full amount, excluding shipping charges.

In how many days will I receive my refund if I return it?

After receiving your return, we will need to check the object to ensure its integrity If yes, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

Once we have received your return, you will be notified that we have started the product inspection and refund process

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you have any doubts about the order you just placed, or if you received something different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible: we will be ready to provide you with all the necessary information and refund the amount you paid .

The exchanges you received are not what you ordered? Some types of items cannot be returned if they've been personalized or don't meet our requesting standards as described above

Refund
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and ship your return.
